Welcome to Praxis 2024

Our aim with this website, our publications, and the online study course is to make the Christian Inner Tradition accessible to a modern audience so that participants grow in their connection to the living teaching within.

Online study course continues... (come join us):

  • We have recently completed study of four related topics in Boris Mouravieff's Gnosis Volumes I & II:  introspection/constatation, lying to oneself, bankruptcy, and magnetic center.
  • When are now looking more closely at the process of transforming energies within us, making use of the 'food diagram' from Volume II and the enneagram from Volume III.
  • As before, our goal remains that... these weekly, web-based meetings combine study, experience-based discussion, and prayer (both verbal and silent) to deepen understanding and build a perceptible stillness within participants.
  • Familiarity with the basic ideas and practices of the Fourth Way teaching is helpful but not essential to gain value from the meetings. Sincere participants with a desire to learn will likely benefit from the experience and presence of others who share a similar aim of developing spiritually.
  • Please contact us at info@praxisresearch.net if you would like to join the sessions. We are meeting online every Saturday at 10:00 am EST.
  • This course is being offered free of charge.

NEW - an index to the Gnosis series is now available. It is a comprehensive reference guide to all three volumes in PDF format.
